First Class

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The smiling, helpful staff, the breakfasts, the room, and the location. All the staff seemed to speak perfect English and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to check in early and leave our bags on the last day as we had a late flight.

As said in other reviews, the choice at breakfast was vast and superb quality.

Excellent

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. Tasty good selection of breakfast items and served till 10am which was appreciated. Comfortable beds and plenty hot water. Lots of places to eat close by. Tram ride (17) takes a few minutes and you are at all the top sight seeing venues. Highly recommend

Big and clean rooms, great facilities, Excellent Customer Service

We traveled with our 1 yo daughter. The hotel provided us with everything we need, from the most suitable room location to the baby cot. The guys on Reception were very responsive and kind, at some point they gifted a teddy bear to my daughter who loved the gift and felt really comforted. The breakfast room is huge and the breakfast options could probably satisfy the most picky clients. Would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Great hotel - clean, modern and friendly staff

We stayed here for 3 nights on a trip to Prague. The staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. For example when we'd forgotten our travel adaptor. The room was clean and had everything you need. Including a huge shower! Would definitely stay here again!

A welcome return

Returned to the Park Inn Prague for a six day trip and once again from the Hotel arranged pick up from the airport through check we experienced seamless friendly and professional service a theme that is the hallmark of this excellent Hotel.

Situated in the shadow of Vysehrad Castle the hotel benefits from excellent transport links with the city center. There are numerous local Restaurants and Bars in the area and if you have no wish to travel out the hotel restaurant and bar give a quiet cool space to escape the troubles of the city and kick back attended to by warm friendly staff
